The
Donner Prize
The Award for the best book
on Canadian Public Policy
This year, The Donner
Canadian Foundation proudly celebrates the tenth
anniversary of the Donner Prize, which annually rewards
excellence and innovation in Canadian public policy
writing.
Over the first nine years of
the Prize, the Donner Jury has read close to 600 books
and has awarded $410,000 in prize money to the finest
writers on Canadian public policy.
The aim of this award is to
inspire lively debate on public policy issues and to
reward provocative and excellent work that speaks to an
informed readership.
The $35,000 Donner Prize
will be awarded to the author of the most outstanding
and innovative book on Canadian public policy, with
$5,000 awarded to each of the other shortlisted titles.

We
would like to thank the following for their generous
